The pre- & post-session consultation will happen via email & phone (such as WhatsApp). Honour this gift of time you are giving yourself... Disconnect the doorbell... Find a space where you can relax comfortably with your eyes closed, undisturbed for one-hour... Play relaxing, meditative background music... Perhaps light a candle... Cover yourself with a blanket… Rest your head on a pillow... Placing a cushion under your knees can take any pressure off your lower back... Set an alarm for 50-mins in case you feel so relaxed you nod-off... Set your phone to silent/airplane mode... Be settled before the agreed start time – the session will begin regardless of whether you are making a cup of tea or are out & about! Breathe fully & deeply... Be open to receiving Reiki… Allow Reiki to encourage balance & begin a self-healing process within you.

In my experience, most people feel an improvement following a single Reiki session. This builds over a series of sessions to affect recognisable change, encouraging their system into greater balance leading to improved health & wellbeing. And when we feel better, we function better.
